Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a welcoming and efficient bar area. Your role will involve crafting beverages, ensuring food safety, and contributing to an enjoyable atmosphere for all patrons.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices. Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Experience

Previous bartending or hospitality experience is necessary, at least 3 years of experience. Familiarity with food safety standards is essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A passion for helping others and creating memorable experiences for guests is crutial.
