Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers, providing friendly and efficient service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments. Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during food and drink service times. Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring that every guest feels valued and welcomed.

Requirements

Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately. A friendly disposition with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members. A passion for hospitality and a willingness to help others enjoy their experience at our establishment.
