Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic math skills for processing payments. Monitor customer behaviour and respond appropriately to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons. Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain high levels of service without compromising quality.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, showcasing your familiarity with the hospitality industry. Strong time management skills are necessary to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills are vital for interacting with customers and team members effectively. A basic understanding of serving techniques and beverage preparation will be advantageous.
