Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our patrons while maintaining a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and contributing to the overall guest experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any queries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Assist in managing inventory levels by monitoring stock and reporting shortages as necessary. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when required. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments. Exhibit strong time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy periods.

Experience

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Basic maths skills are required for handling transactions and managing orders efficiently.
