Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Handle cash and process payments while ensuring basic math skills are applied for accurate transactions. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operations during busy periods. Engage with customers to create a friendly atmosphere, responding to their needs promptly. Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring that every guest feels valued and welcomed.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a passion for customer service. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain health standards. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
