Responsibilities

Serve drinks and beverages efficiently and courteously to customers at the bar Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments using the POS system Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area throughout shifts Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations at all times Restock supplies as needed, including glasses, and beverages Assist in setting up and closing down the bar area before and after shifts Provide friendly advice on drink choices and promote special offers or events Support team members to deliver a seamless customer experience during busy periods

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or serving roles is desirable but not essential; training will be provided Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately Ability to work well under pressure during busy periods Effective time management to ensure smooth service flow A positive attitude with a genuine interest in providing outstanding customer service
