The Kings Head in North Elmham we are a country pub with 12 letting rooms. Our building was built in 1776 and has lots of oringal fetures throughout. We are professional and our goal is to Exceed in our Customer Service.

Overview: We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Bar Staff at our vibrant establishment. Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to guests in a friendly and efficient manner - Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately - Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverages and supplies - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders - Adhere to all food safety regulations and alcohol serving guidelines Experience: - Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred - Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions - Familiarity with bartending techniques is a plus - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Excellent hospitality skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests Joining our team as Bar Staff offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
