Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with company standards. Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently while providing friendly and attentive service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Check identification to verify legal drinking age and promote responsible alcohol service. Handle cash and card transactions accurately, ensuring correct change is given. Restock bar supplies as needed, including glasses, garnishes, and beverages. Assist in setting up and closing down the bar at the beginning and end of shifts. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or food service is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided. Knowledge of food safety regulations is advantageous. Experience in serving drinks in a fast-paced environment is beneficial. Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities. Good basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a professional attitude. Friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse customers.
