We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks. Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Assist in restocking supplies as needed and help with inventory management. Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Skills

Proven experience in bartending or within the restaurant/hospitality industry is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail preparation techniques. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently. Understanding of food safety regulations to ensure compliance in all aspects of service. A friendly disposition with the ability to help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
