Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic environment, contributing to the overall success of our venue. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. All positions are paid, including internships.

Responsibilities

Serve a variety of beverages efficiently and responsibly, adhering to licensing laws and safety standards Take orders accurately and deliver prompt service to customers Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times Ensure food safety standards are upheld during preparation and serving processes Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system Provide friendly and attentive customer service, creating a positive experience for all guests Restock supplies as needed, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages Assist in setting up and closing down the bar area at the start and end of shifts

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or food service is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately Strong time management skills to ensure timely service during busy periods Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment A personable attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
