Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a vital part of our hospitality service, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience to our guests while ensuring the smooth operation of the bar. Your role will involve serving a variety of beverages including cocktails, beers, hot drinks and non-alcoholic beverages. Maintaining cleanliness, and delivering outstanding customer service in a new opening

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails to customers. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills. Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies when necessary. Uphold a friendly atmosphere by providing help and support to both customers and team members. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing stock levels effectively. Previous bartending experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 16 per week
