Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our team. As a Bar Staff member, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards at all times. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience. Manage the bar area efficiently, including restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness. Handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic maths for billing purposes. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and assist in food preparation when necessary. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving customers in a friendly manner.

Skills

Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and beverage preparation. Excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Familiarity with food safety practices within a restaurant environment. Basic maths skills for handling payments and managing tabs effectively. Exceptional hospitality skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests. A willingness to help colleagues as part of a team-oriented environment.
