Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored. Engage with customers, taking orders efficiently and providing recommendations to enhance their experience. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and report any shortages or issues to management. Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible serving practices. Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and customer service expectations. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service.

Experience

Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is essential; a willingness to learn is highly valued. Basic maths skills are necessary for handling cash transactions accurately. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of hospitality principles, including customer service excellence and food safety standards. Experience in bartending is advantageous, along with an understanding of various drink recipes and preparation techniques.

Pay: 12.21 per hour
