Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable bar staff to provide excellent customer service, prepare and serve drinks, and maintain a clean and welcoming bar environment. You will be a key part of the customer experience, ensuring all guests enjoy their time and feel valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and take drink orders in a friendly and efficient manner Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to company standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the till system Check identification to verify legal drinking age Follow health and safety regulations and licensing laws Handle customer complaints or queries in a professional manner Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth bar operations Maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere in the bar

Essential Skills & Experience:

Previous bar or hospitality experience is essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of personal presentation and hygiene Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic numeracy and cash handling skills Must be 18 or over (due to alcohol licensing laws)

Desirable:

Personal Licence holder (optional) Knowledge of cocktails and drink preparation

Working Hours:

Shift work, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays Flexibility is essential
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
