Top Cut Restaurant are seeking enthusiastic and personable Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service in a lively hospitality environment. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.

Responsibilities

Serve drinks and food efficiently and courteously to customers Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments using the till system Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere Assist in setting up and clearing tables as required Follow all health and safety regulations diligently, including responsible alcohol service

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, particularly in bars or restaurants, is advantageous but not essential Knowledge of food safety standards is desirable Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour Ability to work well within a team and adapt quickly to changing demands

Pay: 12.21 per hour
