Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

Serve drinks efficiently and accurately to customers in a timely manner Take orders and provide recommendations on beverages and menu items Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware and utensils Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations at all times Handle cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems Restock bar supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, and garnishes Monitor customer behaviour to promote responsible drinking and safety Collaborate with team members to deliver high standards of service during busy periods

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or serving roles is desirable but not essential; training will be provided Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is advantageous Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required Good knowledge of preparing cocktails

Pay: 12.21-14.06 per hour
