Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Bar Staff. This role involves providing excellent customer service in a lively hospitality environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to health & safety. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. A friendly demeanour, good time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential qualities for this position.

Duties

Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a courteous and professional manner Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and work surfaces Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations at all times Assist with setting up and clearing tables when required Monitor guest behaviour to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety Collaborate with team members to deliver high standards of service during busy periods

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant environments is desirable but not mandatory Knowledge of responsible alcohol service is advantageous Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities Ability to serve efficiently while maintaining a friendly and approachable attitude Experience working in fast-paced settings will be beneficial but training will be provided for those new to the industry
