Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service. As a member of our bar team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable experience. This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments. Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while working in the bar environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Familiarity with bartending techniques and drink preparation is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively during peak hours. A keen understanding of food safety practices is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.00-12.50 per hour
