We are recruiting - Bar Staff

We're looking for someone confident, dynamic & hard working to join our expanding team at The Plough Inn.

In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment, providing great customer service and positive experience for the customer.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in the hospitality industry and have previous experience in a similar role.

Job Requirements

A willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or similar customer service role is preferred but not essential. Positive attitude and team player.
Key Responsibilities

Greet customers at the bar in a friendly and confident manner

Ensuring the smooth running of the bar and being able to work under pressure during busy periods

Ensure the bar area is kept clean and tidy

Promptly react to any spills or health and safety hazards

Replenish stock as required

Advising customers about current promotions

Attention to detail

Ability to carry out basic order and payments tasks on the till and handheld devices

- A proactive attitude towards teamwork and helping colleagues during peak times.

This role will initially be to provide Seasonal Cover.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
