Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our bar team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area, someone who is willing to waitress and cover house keeping when needed would be a huge plus. We have a 46 cover restaurant and 10 letting rooms onsite.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices. Assist in managing inventory by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages to management. Handle cash transactions accurately, using basic maths skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Uphold the establishment's standards of hospitality, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Basic bartending skills are desirable, including familiarity with drink recipes and preparation techniques but happy to give training. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well as part of a team. A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a busy setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.10-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
