Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive dining experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised bar area. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments. Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations within the restaurant environment. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications

Previous bartending experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Basic maths skills for handling cash and processing transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. A passion for hospitality and delivering excellent customer service. Ability to work well within a team while also being self-motivated when required.

Pay: 12.21-18.50 per hour
