Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to the overall guest experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness at the bar area. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills for billing purposes. Assist in maintaining stock levels and inventory management, ensuring all supplies are readily available. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours while maintaining quality standards.

Experience

Previous experience

in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred ;

Experienced

only bartending techniques and beverage preparation Strong understanding of food safety practices within a hospitality context. Excellent time management skills, enabling you to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A friendly demeanour with strong communication skills, ensuring positive interactions with guests and colleagues alike.
