Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions and operate the till, demonstrating basic math skills for accurate billing. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Uphold high standards of customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Assist in restocking supplies as needed to maintain an efficient workflow.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and composure. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-19.41 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 10 per week
