The Blacksmiths Arms is a small pub business in Lamerton, PL19 8QR. We are a food led pub with a thriving busy bar. You would be joining a professional, hard working team, joining the blacksmiths is the perfect oportunity for someone looking to progress their career in the sector.

Duties
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs
- Operate the cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with drink preparation, such as making coffee, alcholic and non alcholic drinks
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the freshness and quality of products
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Excellent multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities simultaneously
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
