Job Description
Here at The Lincoln Civil Defence Club, we are looking for 2 enthusiastic, customer focussed individuals to come and join our small team of bar staff in our members only social club.
Shifts will include working evenings, weekends, and public holidays. The vacancy is permanent subject to a successful probationary period with an immediate start available.
The hours are part time - 10 hours per week with the opportunity for extra hours to cover staff absences and events. The salary is 12.21 per hour with weekly pay.
Previous experience is essential, however training will be provided. Once trained you will become a key holder and will open and close the premises when required.
You must be;
Over 18
Reliable
Chatty and welcoming to our customers
Able to work well in a busy environment
Customer focussed
Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including equipment and supplies. Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and provide excellent hospitality to enhance customer experience. Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy periods.
