Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service, creating unique and delicious cocktails, and contributing to an inclusive and lively environment. This role requires a friendly, energetic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, nightlife setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a fast, efficient, and accurate manner. Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing excellent customer service at all times. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available. Check identification to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption. Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and policies. Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during events and peak hours. Promote and maintain a positive and inclusive environment for all patrons and staff.

Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience in a nightclub or high-volume bar setting is preferred, however all necessary training is provided. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently. Must be at least 18 years old. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Passionate about the LGBTQIA+ community and committed to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
