As a member of our bar team, you'll be the heart of our pub. You'll bring a positive attitude, keep things moving during busy shifts, and create an inviting atmosphere for regulars and new faces alike.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of drinks accurately and efficiently
o Greet and engage with customers, making them feel welcome
o Handle transactions and maintain accurate cash handling
o Maintain a clean and organized bar area
o Restock bar supplies and inventory as needed
o Follow safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
Requirements:
o Previous experience as a bartender or in customer service (preferred)
o Strong communication and people skills
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
o Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
o Basic knowledge of beers, wines, and cocktails is a plus
