Main Responsibilities:

Report directly to the bar supervisor on duty Ensure the bar is stocked and set before service each day Serving customers across the bar and making each guest feel welcome and looked after Serve drinks to spec. consistently and in a suitable amount of time Carry out all daily bar responsibilities as stated on the weekly checklist Complete all daily compliance checks within the correct time frame Complete other reasonable tasks when requested from the management Close the bar to the required standard
MEATliquor is a small (ish), independently owned Bar & Diner group, based primarily in London, but with sites in Brighton and Leeds. We are hungry for highly ambitious team members to join us in smashing patties, shaking hard liquor and having some fun along the way.
