Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a member of our bar staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve beverages, maintain cleanliness, and assist in creating memorable experiences for our patrons.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining basic maths skills for accurate billing. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service. Assist in restocking supplies as needed to maintain bar operations.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Familiarity with bartending techniques and cocktail preparation is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. A commitment to upholding food safety standards and providing excellent customer service. A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and ability to work well within a team are essential qualities for this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
