Job Summary

(Must be over 18 years old ) We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As part of our bar team, you will be responsible for serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Engage with guests to provide excellent service, taking orders and offering recommendations to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Assist with food preparation as needed, including the preparation of garnishes and simple dishes. Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as required. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments. Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities while providing an enjoyable experience for guests. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and communication.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential. Experience in serving or bartending is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidates. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
