Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a vital part of our establishment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the overall operations of the bar.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with our menu standards. Engage with customers to take orders and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure adequate supplies are available. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous A friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers. Ability to work well in a team environment while also being able to be independent in lone working
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 11.44-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 12 per week
