Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively hospitality environment, providing excellent service to our patrons. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering memorable customer experiences, possess a friendly demeanour, and have a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in a similar setting is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. All positions are paid, including internships, ensuring fair remuneration for your efforts.

Duties

Serve drinks and beverages efficiently and courteously to customers at the bar Prepare and present alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in line with company standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels regularly Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and promote specials or events Assist in setting up and clearing tables as required during busy periods Follow all health and safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe environment for staff and patrons

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or food service is desirable but not mandatory Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous Strong serving skills with excellent customer service abilities Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers A friendly, approachable personality with a positive attitude Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 12.21-12.22 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 20 per week
