Job Summary

As a member of our Bar Team, you'll create a warm, welcoming experience for hotel guests, golf club members, and event attendees. Your primary responsibilities include preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining bar cleanliness, and delivering outstanding customer service in a premium environment.

Duties

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and licensing laws, including COSHH policies. Engage with customers by taking orders, offering drink recommendations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including polishing equipment, glassware, and surfaces. Accurately handle cash and card transactions using basic maths skills. Monitor and assist in maintaining stock levels and restocking supplies as needed. Deliver exceptional customer service with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Work effectively under pressure and manage time well during busy periods. Be flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Possess a solid understanding of drink knowledge, including cocktails, wines, and spirits. Demonstrate strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a bar or restaurant setting is required. A good understanding of hospitality principles and commitment to service excellence.

Experience
