Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with company standards. Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware and utensils. Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to food safety regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately using the till system. Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management. Provide friendly and attentive service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Comply with health and safety regulations at all times, including responsible alcohol service.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided. Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous. Experience in serving or bartending roles will be highly regarded. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Good time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately. A friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
