Event Bar Staff - Glasgow

We are looking for enthusiastic Bar Staff to work at two of our Glasgow Events.

Please note, previous bar and / or event bar experience and Scottish Training for Alcohol Retailers and Servers accreditation is essential.

Optimo Halloween - 'Espookio Made Us Do It!"
Location: Riverside Museum Glasgow

Shift times: 18:00 - 00:00

Shift Rate: 90.00

- Saturday 1st November 2025 -

Melting Pot - 'One Night at the Museum'
Location: Riverside Museum Glasgow

Shift times: 18:30 - 00:30

Shift Rate: 90.00

We're after pro-active bar staff who a 'can-do' attitude and a love for hospitality. Staff must be friendly, conscientious people who enjoy working in a team and must be fluent in English.

As Bar Staff, your responsibilities will include, but won't be limited to;

- Prepare alcoholic, non-alcoholic drinks for customers

- Greet and interact with customers, take orders and service drinks

- Proactively promote and explain the bar menu and drinks on offer

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the bar area and back of house

- Operate Challenge 25 and make sure all customers are legally entitled to purchase an alcoholic drink

- Maintain a register of refusals in compliance with Challenge 25 and the event licence

- Keep bar organised, stocked and clean

Previous bar and / or event bar experience and Scottish Training for Alcohol Retailers and Servers accreditation is essential.
