Bar Staff
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and serve drinks and food promptly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including restocking supplies and
cleaning glasses
- Handle cash & Card transactions and operate the cash register
- Promote specials to increase sales
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide excellent guest service
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Time management skills to prioritise tasks and handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with bar equipment, and experience of serving Draught Beer
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
Note: Previous experience working in a bar or restaurant setting is Essential. Applicants must be over the age of 21 due to the late hours and closure procedures.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 6 - 12 per week
