Overview

We are seeking EXPERIENCED, enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively environment and engage with guests. Applicants must be able to work evenings and weekends as required and late nights will be needed so candidate's must be able to get home safely late at night

Duties

Serve drinks and beverages efficiently and courteously to customers at the bar and tables Prepare and present a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes and safety guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards Check identification to verify legal drinking age and prevent unauthorised sales Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change Restock bar supplies as needed, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any queries or concerns promptly Assist in setting up events or functions as required

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality mainly bar environments is essential; training will be provided Knowledge of safety regulations and responsible serving practices is advantageous Strong organisational skills with effective time management to handle busy periods efficiently Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour to ensure guest satisfaction Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during peak hours as required A professional attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional service

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 7.50-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 24 per week
