We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction throughout their experience. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, assisting with stock management as needed. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper change is given. Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain high service standards.

Experience

Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for guests. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs. Time management skills to efficiently juggle multiple tasks during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous but can be learned on the job. A willingness to help colleagues and contribute positively to team dynamics is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 11.44-12.91 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
