Your role will involve serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve customers promptly and courteously, ensuring a friendly atmosphere. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Adhere to food safety regulations and health standards at all times. Manage orders efficiently, ensuring timely service while maintaining attention to detail. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Uphold high standards of hospitality, creating memorable experiences for guests.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable. Demonstrated knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A passion for hospitality and delivering excellent customer service is crucial. Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
