About Daly's Bar

Daly's is a friendly, lively local bar known for great service, a welcoming atmosphere, and quality drinks. We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable bar person to join our team and help deliver an excellent experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a warm, friendly, and efficient service to all customers Prepare and serve drinks (including draught beer, spirits, wine, and cocktails) to a high standard Handle cash and card transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the bar area, glassware, and tables Restock and rotate products to ensure availability and freshness Support the team in setting up and closing the bar Check ID and comply with all licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol regulations Assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements

Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred (training can be provided for the right candidate) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work well in a busy, team-oriented environment Reliable, punctual, and well-presented Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
