We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills and a passion for the restaurant industry, particularly in bartending.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers to provide a friendly and efficient service, taking orders and offering recommendations when necessary. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills for billing purposes. Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while working in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn. Strong time management skills are crucial for managing multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. A basic understanding of bartending techniques and drink preparation is desirable.
