Job Description

We're looking for dedicated and dynamic Bar Staff to join our team, providing a warm welcome and friendly atmosphere for our guests.

As a member of the bar team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized bar, running food and other bar/service related tasks. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

:

Drink Preparation

: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes or customer preferences, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Customer Service

: Greet customers, take drink orders, offer drink recommendations, and engage in friendly conversation to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Cash Handling

: Process customer payments accurately using cash registers, POS systems, or other payment methods; provide change when necessary.

Bar Maintenance

: Keep the bar area clean and organized at all times, including wiping down surfaces, restocking supplies (liquor, garnishes, glassware, napkins), and disposing of waste.

Alcoholic Beverage Management

: Monitor alcohol consumption to ensure customers are not overserved; adhere to all legal drinking laws, including checking IDs when necessary.

Health & Safety Compliance

: Follow all safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring a clean environment and minimizing risks (e.g., spillage, breakages).

Stock Management

: Keep track of bar inventory, inform management when supplies are low, and assist in inventory checks.

Team Collaboration

: Work closely with other staff members, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Upselling

: Suggest and promote special drinks, cocktails, or seasonal promotions to enhance sales and customer experience.

Pay: 12.50 per hour
