Viscounts Restaurant, Dungannon is looking for experienced Bar staff (Part time) to prepare alcoholic beverages for our customer base. Bar staff must have a broad knowledge of alcohol, wine, and beer. They must be skilled in making all drinks on our menu and must be able to follow all health and safety guidelines. The ideal candidate will be able to create a variety of drinks from classic to innovative and will enjoy working with people of all ages.
Responsibilities
Follow all health and safety guidelines
Maintain a clean and orderly station
Prepare ingredients for cocktails
Gather information from bar and restaurant personnel
Make sure all ingredients are accurate in order to comply with food safety requirements
Maintain inventory
Comply with food safety and sanitation standards
Keep track of inventory
Keep track of inventory at the end of shift
Make sure bar is stocked with all ingredients
Provide customer service throughout the shift
Assists with inventory throughout the day as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
Must be 19 years of age or older.
Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in the beverage industry.
Must be able to follow all health and safety guidelines.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.44-15.00 per hour
