Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service, along with the ability to manage time effectively. The job will offer set shifts on a Monday evening and Sunday afternoon but will require the candidate to be flexible for weekend work including Friday evenings and to be available for extra shifts when the club requires, e.g. Functions, holiday cover, etc.. A minimum 16 hour/week contract can be offered if required.

Responsibilities

Serve beverages to customers with a friendly and professional attitude. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Prepare drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments. Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels as needed. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive dining experience. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in a bar setting is preferred, but not essential, showcasing your hospitality skills. Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike. Basic math skills for handling cash and processing orders accurately. Pay: 12.21-12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
