Job Description

The Hollybush is a 16th century quaint, busy pub, popular with locals and residents of the surrounding area. We are looking for a bartender to join our friendly team.

Due to the nature of this position, we can only employ staff over the age of 18 years.

Main Function: To deliver high standards of customer service, including welcoming patrons, serving customers in our bar areas and checking guests into our Bed and Breakfast.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Have a happy, positive disposition and a friendly smile Deliver an excellent customer experience in all areas. Drive sales while ensuring accurate stock and sales records are processed visa the till systems. Engage and participate in sales initiatives. Work in all areas of Front of House Maintain high levels of cleanliness in the pub as detailed in the cleaning schedule, ensuring compliance with legislation and policies. Report any maintenance/equipment defects Attend training courses as required Adhere to all Health and safety training

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION

It is essential that candidates are over 18 years of age and have customer facing experience and great communication skills. Rates of pay dependent on age and experience

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
