We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a Bar Staff member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our patrons, ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable. Your responsibilities will include serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and providing a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with health and food safety regulations. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately, employing basic math skills for processing payments. Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels to ensure the bar is well-equipped. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Uphold high standards of hospitality, creating a positive environment for both guests and team members.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a passion for customer service. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Experience in serving drinks and familiarity with various beverage types is advantageous. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions efficiently. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality service. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-19.04 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 20 per week
