Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to the overall guest experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Assist in managing inventory by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages. Demonstrate effective time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy periods.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or a similar hospitality role is preferred but not essential. Strong understanding of basic maths for handling cash transactions and managing tabs. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive approach to helping others and ensuring customer satisfaction is essential. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
