Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions and operate the till, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings. Assist in managing stock levels, including ordering supplies as necessary to ensure the bar is well-stocked. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service for guests. Adhere to all food safety guidelines, ensuring that all drinks are prepared in a safe and hygienic manner.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining high hygiene standards. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly advantageous. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Effective time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining composure and professionalism.
