Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Bar Staff at the Craneswater Club in Southsea. This role is vital in ensuring our members enjoy exceptional service and a memorable experience, reflecting our commitment to hospitality excellence.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve members and guests with professionalism and friendliness. Prepare and serve beverages, ensuring quality standards are maintained. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area. Manage cash transactions accurately. Assist in stock management and replenishment. Uphold the club's standards of hospitality and customer care. Securing the premises.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality or bar service, preferably within a bar or club setting. Knowledge of food safety standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Basic math skills for handling transactions. A friendly attitude and team spirit. Previous experience in a social or leisure environment is advantageous.

Hours of Work

The snooker club is open 7 days per week and the shifts are on a rota system.

Day

shifts:

Monday-Friday 11:30-17:00 and Saturday and Sunday 09:30-17:00

Evening

shifts:

Monday-Sunday 17:00-23:00

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 11 - 30 per week
