Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to an enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices. Engage with customers, providing friendly and efficient service while taking orders and answering queries. Assist in managing stock levels, including ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by supporting colleagues and helping where necessary.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests. Bartending experience is a plus, with an understanding of cocktail preparation being beneficial. Excellent time management abilities to ensure prompt service during peak hours. A willingness to help others and work collaboratively within a team setting.

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
